How vacancies get listed
A vacancy enters the feed only through Manage.
Every home has an owner, a checked contact and a weekly confirmation.

You or your caretaker adds the vacancy in Manage.

A tenant sees it only with your consent, and only after they unlock your home.

A caretaker confirms it weekly
One reply a week keeps the home listed. With no reply for 14 days, the home is hidden.

Tenants choose it
Tenants find your home in a feed ranked by fit and freshness, and choose it from their Saved Listings.

One reply a week keeps a home listed.
Caretakers get a free seat and answer one message a week: still vacant, let, or pause. It works on WhatsApp, or by text on a basic phone.
Caretakers earn a bonus when a home they kept current is let through SpotRentt; we publish the amount before it applies.
