Browsing is free. Tenants pay only to unlock the homes they choose. Manage is free for up to 10 units.

Tenants
Free to browse. An unlock credit to unlock.
The price is set by SpotRentt and shown in the app before you buy.
Free
- The feed, ranked from your search profiles.
- Saved Listings, where you keep the homes you like.
- Dated checks on every card.
- Your rent record and its export, after you move in.
Unlock credit
- One unlock credit gives three unlocks. Unlocks you buy do not expire.
- You choose each home yourself, from Saved Listings, and can use your unlocks at different times.
- An unlock is used only if the home is available and its contact is ready. If not, you keep it.
- If a home turns out to be already let, or its contact does not answer within 48 hours, the unlock can be credited back. Limits apply.
Welcome offer: buy one unlock credit, get four unlocks. The extra unlock comes with your first purchase only.
What an unlock includes
The exact location and a checked contact.
What you see
The exact location and directions, and at least one contact who has been checked and has agreed to be shown. A contact's number or email is shown only with that person's consent, and only after you unlock a home.
After you unlock
After you unlock, nobody listed on SpotRentt may ask for a fee or deposit before you visit. Report any request to us.
What uses no unlock
Browsing and saving. A home that is already let. A home with no contact ready.
What an unlock credit is
An unlock credit is a service credit for SpotRentt unlocks only. It cannot be gifted, resold, cashed out or used to pay anyone. It is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. In the app, you pay through the app store.
Landlords and agents
Tiers follow units, seats and compliance.
Free for up to 10 units. Paid tiers add capacity and tools. Paid tier prices are published before they take effect.

Movers
Free to join.
There is no fee to join. We plan to introduce a fee once we have enough job data, and we will tell you the amount before it applies. The customer pays the mover directly, and SpotRentt does not hold the customer's money.
