After 14 days
The home is hidden until you reply.
At the gate
Show us where the entrance is.
Tenants should be sent to your gate, not to a point on a map nearby.
- When a home is listed, you stand at the gate and take two photos with the SpotRentt app.
- The app shows how accurate the location is, and you confirm it.
- You repeat the capture every month, so the pin stays current.
- This needs a smartphone with the app. The weekly reply does not.

You earn a bonus when a home you kept current is let through SpotRentt; we publish the amount before it applies.
Paid for lettings only
The bonus is for a home that is let. Nothing is paid for adding homes or people.
How your number is shown
Your number is shown to a tenant only with your consent, and only after they unlock a home you look after. The owner also confirms that you may arrange viewings for that home.
If an owner changes caretaker
The new caretaker is checked and gives consent before their number is shown.
