A free feed of homes near where you work. Each card shows what was checked and when. Pay only to unlock the homes you choose.
- Saved Listings show each home's latest confirmation date.
- Turn on alerts and we'll tell you, in the app or by email, when a newly confirmed home matches your search. Every alert has a link to turn them off.
- One unlock credit gives three unlocks. Unlocks you buy do not expire.
- Enter the M-Pesa code after you pay rent. Your landlord confirms it, and the month joins a rent record you own and can export.

Requests, itemised quotes and the job record. The customer pays the mover directly, and SpotRentt does not hold the customer's money.
There is no fee to join. We plan to introduce a fee once we have enough job data, and we will tell you the amount before it applies.

- 3You approve a quote, and any change of scope.
- 4On the day, the mover records photos and a checklist.
- 5If something goes wrong, there is a dispute window.
How the apps open
Get early access to SpotRentt.
SpotRentt opens area by area. We open an area when enough homes there have a checked contact and a recent vacancy confirmation. The apps are not in the app stores yet. Joining is free and does not include an unlock credit. We publish an opening date only when we can keep it.
On mobile data, the feed shows photos first, so it uses less of your data.
